NETSCOUT 2023 Annual report project. Concepts

My Role: encompassed three essential aspects of the NETSCOUT 2023 annual cover project. Firstly, I was responsible for conceiving the overall design concept. Secondly, I illustrated the hands folded together and incorporated a networked globe in the center. Lastly, I carefully handled the layout, determining the optimal placement of the logo on the cover.

NetScout Systems, Inc. is a global technology company that specializes in providing network monitoring, analysis, and security solutions. Founded in 1984, the company focuses on helping organizations manage and optimize their networks, ensuring efficient and reliable performance, as well as detecting and mitigating potential security threats.
In my role at Mystic View Designs, we were entrusted by NetScout to create their annual report for the year 2023. This year they wanted to incorporate a globe theme with connectivity. My job was to start conceptualizing a few cover ideas.
During the conception phase, I brainstormed and developed the main design idea, ensuring it aligned with the theme and objectives of the annual cover. The concept aimed to convey a sense of unity, collaboration, and global connectivity.
The next step was to design more concept covers that were more optional for them to consider, the theme was to visually use hands and globes to represent connections and guardianship on cybersecurity threats.
I designed two different layouts for the CEO Statement to present to Tony and Steve. I designed a half circle behind Anil ( the CEO) to represent a globe or just to shine the spotlight on him. My decision on the right was the most impressive image because of the natural blue flow in the background that guided the reader into a flowable story on the company's mission and achievements.
Lastly, I meticulously designed the layout of the cover, ensuring the logo's placement was strategically positioned to maintain a harmonious composition. The goal was to draw attention to the brand while preserving the overall visual appeal of the cover design.
